HOW DOES OUR GRIPPALL™ CNC BAR PULLER WORK?
Introducing the patented Grippall™ CNC Bar Puller an inexpensive machine tool used to automate any CNC Lathe with coolant or air on the turret. As coolant is fed through the unit, it pushes a piston forward which causes the fingers to grip the bar stock. When the coolant is turned off, the fingers will automatically spring open. No adjustment is necessary within the entire gripping range. Pressure ranges 15 psi. to 140 psi. max.
Coolant or Air ON - Fingers Close. Coolant or Air OFF - Fingers Open (Spring Return).
Grippall™ CNC Bar Pullers provide you with a simple and very efficient Bar-Feeder, Low cost and saves valuable floor space.
The Grippall™ CNC Bar Puller is also useful as a part loader / unloader. Remove finished parts from a machine's sub-spindle or remove a bar remnant and drop in the parts catcher for disposal.
The Grippall™ CNC Bar Puller can pull a 200 lb. bar with as little as 15 psi of coolant or air pressure. Note: bar stock must be supported and move freely.
